Jon Korn	Male	Age 40
First Visit 8/26/2005	Therapy Used: Acupuncture + Herbs + IVF

He has had low sperm count, low motility, poor morphology 10+ yrs.
According to lab test (2/10/2006), sperm count, motility have been increased. The 
morphology/quality of sperm appeared normal. Using IVF, the couple had a good 
quality embryo. His wife, Sheri Korn, got pregnant in 2006 for the first time, but 
she had a miscarriage of the first pregnancy.
Jon came back to my office again on Feb 16 2007. His last visit was 5/18/2007
Sheri Korn got pregnant again with IVF in May 2007.

Jessica Marie Korn was born on Valentine's Day 2008. 9 lbs 2 oz.
