I first sought Caiping Lin's help four or five years ago because of a problem with one of the fingers
on my left hand. I was experiencing pain and stiffness in the joints. Several months of acupunctures
improved the condition and also helped alleviate pain from osteoarthritis in my knees and hips. At
that time I also received acupuncture to treat severe hot flashes that were disturbing my sleep. As a
breast cancer survivor I could no longer take Estrogen and the acupuncture was the only thing that
relieved this problem.

In December of 2006, I again sought Lin's help with pain from osteoarthritis in my knees, feet, hips,
wrists and shoulders. Following several months of acupuncture treatments, the pain and stiffness
has markedly diminished. I am also now sleeping better since I am not awakened by joint pain. Lin
is also giving me acupuncture treatments to promote relaxation, and this is also helping.
